Phillips Oval Head Screws

Where are you guys buying these types of screws. Not flat head, oval head. The ones for the oil filter cover and mag cover and points cover are missing from the bike I bought.

I found one place on the web that has them for per piece ordering ( Marsh Fasteners) but the shipping was ridiculous. $1.91 for the screws and $12 and change for shipping.
