Carb reassemble with wrong jets? Help!

Anyone know where to source a kit for the KeiHin PW20HOV carb?
Tried the Keyster kit KH-0042 - although marked as for the CA95, it definitely is not (wrong sized jets & gaskets).

Odd that the KH-0042 kit is wrong. Your only other choice is KH-0035 which is for a C95. Go to http://www.olypen.com and search carb kits. See if the pic of KH-0035 is a closer match. I do have some extra good used CA95 carb parts. If you get into a jam I might be able to help. PM me with what you need.

Thanks - missed that they listed two kits.
Have looked at the images & tried to compare some dimensions (O-rings for example - after calibrating on the needle jet clip) seems to be a closer match.
Have e-mailed Terry & Carole at Oly to see if they can confirm the KH-0035 and PW20HOV compatibility.

I just ordered the KH-0035 kit from retro bikes. Everthing fit great. I orginally purchased the kh-0042 kit off ebay and the gasket, needle valve, and a few other things were incorrect. I looked at both boxes last night and the kh-0042 kits says its for the c95 model, and the kh-0035 kit says ca95 the gasket and needle valve fit. Hope this helps. SO the kh-0035 kit should do the trick.

I too made the mistake of ordering the KH-0042. The gasket was much more square than the one on mine ('62 ca95). Is the KH-0035 bowl gasket a good fit for the rounded-bowl ca95 carbs?
