Default It's done!!!!

So today at 7pm I finished my bike. Well... ok. I haven't mounted the front fender yet. Or put a tail light on it. Or timed it. Or installed the new tank emblems. Or adjusted the carb. But I DID ride it!!

It fired up on the second kick! No starting fluid either. I haven't timed it yet... just threw the points assembly on there!

Rear fender was chopped and I have a cool idea for a tail light...

This is my first bike that I've built and finished. This bike was a MESS when I got it. It was stripped to a bare frame and rebuilt over about 6 months on and off.

Vid of it running: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZbWXYebpWv4

This was it when I got it:

And this is it now:

A double set of bullet lights on the back, mounted on the fender trim, dual filement. On when lights "on" and Bright when you hit the brake! It would be max retro and easy to do with the chopped fender.

Check my album for pics and imagine what the bullet lights might look like.

pm me for details

Hmm... I like that idea, but if I have a pair for directionals in the back already won't that look overkill?

I'm not done yet, but as a teaser here is a pic of the retro 50's tail light I am building for your CA95 bobber. I will build a mount and install a 6 volt bulb and wiring so it will be a bright running light and a stop light. I will be doing a plate hanger as well. Next week you will have it. Ultra 50's look
