I installed the petcock only to have it leaking non stop! Could this be from not completly tightening? When I tightened all the way i had no lever movement.

Clutch Cable Adjustment

I am having a real hard time adjusting the clutch cable correctly. How do i adjust the drum, the handlebar adjuster and the adjuster on the bottom of the cable? I need it to have the right tension and let out at the right time. Thanks

This petcock reproduction rebuild kit has two nagging issues. Both the black neoprene disk and the cork disk have undersize holes. I never had any luck with the neoprene disc as it swells when soaked in gasoline. I used the cork disk and opened the holes with a small round tool maker file.

Rebuilding the petcock.

I'm finding some trouble putting this petcock back together with these reproduction parts. How deep should this rubber disk sit? Should the holes come up through it? Its having a hard time fitting those holes.

Untraceable machine screw. URGENT

I am having the most difficult time finding the 3 machine screws that go into the petcock. Parts manual says m5. That doesn't seem to fit. A Local fastener retailer is telling me #12-28x1". Please help. Can't get running without it. Only thing left holding me back

Yea, I've rebuilt several CA95 ignition switches.

Something is very screwy about this key/ignition problem. It sounds like part of the old key is still in the tumbler. Or the tumbler is damaged.

I doubt the old key broke. Maybe a bad tumbler. Any ideas? The key I have is na4064 any help is much ...

If ignition is still "on" you will need to disconnect the battery pronto. If by chance the points are closed and the ignition is "on" without the engine running, you will cook the coil.

If You will know if the coil is cooked by drips of wax on the engine.

I yanked the fuse. If I get a key with ...

Key fell out while riding!!!!

Today i took the bike out for a ride. While it had a multitude of problems, i kept going. Then i hit my first problem, when coming to a light i pulled in the clutch and the engine completley shut off. Any ideas why? Then i noticed the key was gone! But the ignition was still in the proper key stroke ...

Honda ca95 clutch

Replacing the plates on my honda today. It had 5 plates all of the same thickness, so I doubled up on one at the start. Will this be a problem? Also, when putting on that plate with the springs behind it, do I tighten all the way down? How far do i go down. The tighter i go, the more impossible it ...

Red wire goes to red from the handlebar. Blue goes to blue from the handlebar and blue from the speedo high beam indicator (if your model has that), and green is grounded to the headlight rim.

The yellow w/red stripe from the handlebar is the starter button. Should go to the y/rs wire to the ...
