Honda Bookends
I am having so much fun with my bike. I rode it about 3 or 4 miles yesterday and today I adjusted the cam chain, set the idle and I finally got those exhaust pipe gaskets to seal. There just is no room for error with those things. Thank you ByTheLake, I checked for remnents of old gasket and there wasn't any. Here is a pic of my son wearing my first helmet, which I got when I was about ten, back in 1968, must be a lucky one, I never crashed with it. The other pic is kind of a book end pic. Yesterday he challenged me to a drag race and my defeat was much worse than I could of ever predicted.

Great pictures, thanks for sharing. Tell your son that he looks tougher on the Benly :-) My son is nearly 30 now, so I had to dig to find this one with him on a Suzuki:
Oh, here's one ... my daughter sitting on our Honda ATC-90, which we still have. That machine still starts on one pull. My daughter is in med school now, so this is an old pic: Last edited by ByTheLake; 08-16-2012 at 10:44 PM. |
