Default Seat length?

Hi, how long is the CA95 "double" seat supposed to be? Mine has the seat stay bracket, but I can see the last owner "extended" the bracket to reach the seat bolts by another 1-1/2 to 2" or so. Does anyone with an early model mind measuring their seat for me?

Sounds like the PO has fitted a seat from a different model.
The easy way out for you is go on Google images and search Honda CA95. There are plenty of pictures to compare. The early and late model seats look to be the same length but I'm not sure if the mounting bracket underneath is any different, I can't think of a reason why it should be.

Sam.

I've posted pics of it in a new thread. Right now I'm thinking if the seat is wrong, I might go with a solo seat off of eBay...
