Has any one had any dealings with this guy, good or bad. I ordered a set of repro pipes on Friday and have had no communication from him at all. Common courtesy would lead one to think that he would at least acknowledge the order. All I have is a pay pal receipt.

Where the site says new to online ordering they may not have their crap together yet, also it could be someone that gets the after market stuff overseas as their stock...I have dealt with a few of those. Then again a lot of Ebay people seem to be like that, you don't hear a damn thing until it's at your door, which I agree is very annoying. good luck!

I am glad you got your money back, using paypal was probably a smart thing as well, i wouldn't want a company that does business like that knowing my account information.

latest news about Apex....His attempt to refund the money did not go thru. I talked to Paypal yesterday to inform them that my debit card had not been refilled. They promised to contact him to rectify the situation, but I haven't heard from them yet. The last time I had a problem, paypal had it fixed in3 days. I hope it happens again.
My suggestion would be to stay totally away from Apex as they seem to be an untrustworthy merchant.

That's too bad about Apex Cycle's bad service. Keep us updated. When I don't have experience with a smaller business I use a credit card in addition to the Paypal transaction sometimes. If Paypal doesn't take care of it the credit card company SURELY will.
