hey spokes, nice job!!! i'm getting ready to install lights in my buco bags...can I jump the wiring right off the brake light? also do you have a parts list for this project? awesome summer!!!

Thanks, yes, you can jumper your brake light or running lights to the bag lights. Remember that you have to ground the lights in the bags. This is normally done by running a ground wire from the light to the bottom plate that reinforces the bottom clamp.
I don't have a parts list per se, because I use die's for the bulb socket hole in the body and a press to countersink the socket. I also use fixtures for making the bracket that holds the light in the bag as well as a drill press.
So these lights are pretty custom. I only build a few sets per year when I can find chrome light bodies.

Spokes do you have any lights with visors for sale at this time? Need four of course.

No. I am sourcing light bodies as we speak. I may have found good metal bodies in black, so they would need to be chromed. The chrome bodies are found now and again. Sorry.

Hey Chipster how have you been?
I bought some chrome visors for my buco's but they wouldn't stay in, I even filed the tabs off the lenses but to no avail? What's the trick to getting them on?

Living in Georgia...super nice.
I place the lense in 1st. Then put the visor in and retain the lense & visor with the clip.
