I came to this forum for answers exactly like that. I was curious about 3.50's and it seems like I have found an answer. So thanks.

If anyone is watching e-bay they may have noticed a set of 3.00x16 whitewalls for sale . Asking price is $500.00 . I asked and recieved an answer about these tires . I thought they may be Cokers but they are a set of Goodyears with a cold vulcanized white wall .
Although the tires are new I'm guessing their at least 30 years old and I'm not sure what exactly cold vulcanizing is ( maybe a port-a-wall glued to the sidewall of the tire .)
May be a good tire for a display only bike , but not for a bike that's ridden .

From what I understand Firestone is now doing a run of whitewalls in the 3.25/16 size. I got my tires from smalltires.com, I have the SHINKO SR208 as wellhttp://www.smalltires.com/products/shin ... 917c538f8d

At my shop, we get the IRC NR-21s for these. It's not the correct size (3.00 x 16) but it's a good tire at a very good price (We get them for about $35 per tire). I'll probably end up using these on my own CA95. They're supposedly universals, and also come in a 3.5x16, which might look good out back. It'd be nice to have the Firestones, but if they're always on back order it doesn't do me much good!

These have a pretty decent tread pattern as well

Now Jegs.com says 1/11/2012, but I ordered a pair today at $117.99 per tire. Even if they ship a few months late, I really don't mind, since my restoration will easily run into June or July.

Haha you will be one of the only people around to even GET THEM if you do receive them. :-) So many people are waiting for these but it looks like JEGS will probably get them first as a distributor. Can't wait to see em on your bike. I feel like buying a few sets and preserving them for the next shortage.

April 2012 for Whitewalls

Here's the latest ... Jegs.com sent me an email confirmation, with a new date:

Please note that part# 257-63285 is currently out of stock at JEGS. So that we may better serve you, we have arranged to have your part shipped direct to you from our vendor. Our vendor has provided an estimated shipping date of 04/5/2012.

So, if you're interested in the Coker wide whitewalls, you'll have to be patient. The 4/5 date seems to correspond to the 3/30 production date that kartgreen mentioned. I can live with that as long as April doesn't become August.
