Default carb shield

Anyone know whether a carb shield from a CA160 will fit a 1963 CA95? I need one and one is up on ebay. Listing is http://tinyurl.com/8jarzb8

No. They mount differently at the engine case and have different configurations at the carb tube.

Spokes, are there any differences between the early/late CA95 carb shields? I'm assuming edcphoto has an early model, given that it's a '63.

Edcphoto, if you're fine with the shipping costs from Thailand, there's a pair here:

ByTheLake: FYI; I have the Thailand shields for my '63 and they are very high quality cast aluminum and fit perfectly......no problems.

Tex, thanks, that's good to know. Nice to see that you left that aluminum bare - it's beautiful.

Ditto on the Thailand shields - mine turned out just fine.
