Yup the CA95 has a special carb with the power...
Yup the CA95 has a special carb with the power circuit. It's not the in the bowl, it's up at the top of the carb.
Its the two open threaded holes at the top in this pic.

It seams when I adjust mine at TDC then spin the motor 360 degrees they're all either way too tight or loose...
