Here are a few examples of the "Spokes" method of building turn signals for your CA95. This method works on CA & CB models 6 or 12Volt.
The external mounted switch (left or right hand)

If you don't want to run the wires through the frame, you can make the rear fender brace a "conduit" This is a pic of a brace that is wired for signals and power for saddlebag lights.
