ca 160 problem

My bike is not normal ,as it idles the speed goes up or down ,I have looked at the carb and it looks good in and out [took it off 2 times], I have noticed that if I tilt it to the left the speed slows down if tilt to the right it speeds up..i cant understand this
any ideas ??

when you say tilt i am guessing you mean the bike not the carb. it may be the throttle cable is not adjusted right. As you turn the handle bars to the right it pulls in the cable. and when you turn to the left it lets it go back to idle. there is a cable adjuster under the left side of the tank near the front. just a guess. if it is not that tear down the carb, clean and rebuild it. rebuild kits can be found on ebay.
