Yeap I've missed riding dirt really badly. I rode dirt bikes almost every single day when I was in grade school and throughout high school. I took a break from them because a lot of friends were getting hurt really badly on them in the 90's. I switched to the street scene full time but recently my girl and I grabbed a couple dirtbikes and went camping for the weekend. That's it. Time to go find some bikes of our own and enjoy some more camping with friends and running around offroad more.

Then came the fun part. What kind of bike do I want? I want electric start if possible, 5 or 6 gears, front and back light for safety, good quality disc brakes, spark arrestor, decent fuel capacity and it better be 4 stroke. I would go 2 stroke but it would have to be a smoking deal and in great shape. A big concern is the green sticker hassle so it must be green sticker or street legal. I borrowed a friends 2007 Husqvarna TE250 and that ended up having very acceptable power and being super smooth with awesome brakes. That bike was everything I wanted but those aren't cheap and they are hard to find. I knew after riding that Husky that I would have to have one of those OR a KTM since those are really nice also.

Here is the first bike we picked up. A KTM 400 EXC Dual Sport (http://fourwheelforum.com/showthread.php?t=1677) with electric start and everything. I couldn't have found a better bike. Click on the link above and check it out.
