Looks like a good site. I was Googling the subject and found this info about the Phillips type screw heads that are JIS spec (http://www.instructables.com/id/When-a-Phillips-is-not-a-Phillips/step10/JIS-Japanese-Industrial-Standard/). This Instructables website is pretty neat but to really get into some neat electronic tinkering and fixing sites Ifixit.com (http://www.ifixit.com/) and Ifixit.org (http://ifixit.org/) are my favs. Anyhow just commenting on some JIS hardware.
