Ha you read my mind! But then again I'm planning on putting a fuel pumping Turbo on the Tacoma in the future. One thing I think is funny is that all those people who spent $5 grand more for the diesel engines in their full size trucks are hurtin now since the price of diesel fuel has gone up recently.

Anyway check this super fuel efficient GREEN HUMMER (http://www.greenhummer.org/index.php)

$2.75 at Chevron today. WTF?
I did see a Biodiesel VW Beetle in the parking lot of OSH. It definitely sounded modified for performance as well. You could really tell the turbo was spinning. It probably had a straight pipe exhuast like Ians TDI Synchro.

So the last post on this fuel price topic was in 2006. Fuel has since gone UP to $4.50 and then the whole thing came crashing down with the economy coming to a hault. It dropped all the way DOWN to $1.79 here in Paso Robles in December and now in February it has hiked back up to $2.25 even though the price of oil still hasn't come back up from it's low. What a bunch of BS.

And electric cars are so easy and cheap to produce. It's all politics guys and gals.

Here is some electric car drag racing for all you non-believers. :D
