I just acquired a 62 ca 95 in running condition. It is a revisit to my first bike in the mid 60,s. Are the parts that are listed on ebay from tiawan usable. Im mostly interested in exhaust and a headlight assembly. The mufflers on my bike are badly rusted and the headlight has been butchered. Thanks Curt

I have used the Taiwan headlights on my CA160. The headlight bucket is basically the same as the CA95. The headlight has a replacable bulb which is nice. You will have to add a wire to the high beam wire on the replacement headlight to the high beam indicator to your speedometer. (if you have a highbeam lens)

I have never used the replacement mufflers although I have seen them up close. They look ok but are not exact.

Some folks shy away from the Asian stuff. Proceed with caution.

Im aware of the problems with Aisian parts. Ive been riding for 50 yrs. Is there any other mufflers that will work. I havent found any in my searches so far. Thanks Curt

These ones look real nice, but they're not mine, and I don't know if they'll fit correctly.

Welcome. I also use the thai headlight assembly. the replacement bulb took me a while to find. I found it 3/4 of the way down on this page:

Be careful with the exhaust headers and mufflers as the early (59-63) ones are not the same as the later (64-65). It might be possible to interchange the various pieces, but I've never tried it. Does anybody else out there have any experience with this?
