Default Cylinder head o-ring

There is only one o-ring on the cylinder right? I only saw one chamfered area around one pin but my gasket kit came with two. Another thing, everyone says the o-ring should be a green viton one. So I ordered one straight from honda (because the Thai kit o rings were black). Guess what, Hondas genuine 91301-200-000 o-ring is black too. So I just put that one in there. The parts manual seems notorious for not telling you how many of each part are required.
