Default Ca95 Sticky Clutch and Grease

Well I just bought two (63 and 65) 150's to restore. They are both in great shape and I have cleaned the gas tanks and carbs and both fired right up after 30 some years in storage. Clutch seems sticky in one of them, you folks have any quick thoughts or tips to look for? Also what about the grease fittings on bikes do I need a special end on my grease gun to fit the zerks, and where do I find that? Thanks
