Well this is something that needs to be addressed sooner or later. I have taken the hard lines in to have powder coated gloss black. The banjo fitting need to have a nice surface for the aluminum washers to seal up against when they are tightened so I got together some nuts, bolts and washers to put across these surfaces. I put the hardware on them so the sandblasting (prep work for powder coating) wouldn't ruin it. When I got them back I just popped them off and I had perfectly coated parts and a leak free smooth surface.



And here are the lines. They were pretty grey from age before this so a nice black really makes them look much better. I'll be using some Aeroquip type connectors here and there but I'll worry about that later.
