I've never been a huge fan of SAAB. They have a rich history and it would be a shame if they ceased operations. It looks like Spyker is bailing them out though so that's great news. It's such a big brand and it has some high end market potential so I don't see it going anywhere.
Automotive News reports that after announcing Saab would be shut down in the absence of an acceptable buyer, GM "said it would evaluate several expressions of interest for Saab, including a new fast-track bid from Spyker Cars NV."
