The frame alone can't weigh more than 75-80lbs. With just the engine removed you can easily lift a ca95 frame, even with one hand.

I checked the timing chain over the weekend and although it is structurally fine the slack bothers me. it is pretty loose. not enough to where i could pop it off but i could move it quite a bit....

I have been calling around radiator shops to get an estimate...
