If you have access to an ultrasonic cleaner that often works the best for removing old paint from sidecases without damaging or scratching the metal. need to have an ultrasonic that heats the water, though.

plating spokes

These spokes on the ca95 like most japanese bikes of the era were zinc plated. You can take your spokes to a plater and have this done. Commercial or white zinc is what they probably used at the time. Its not really expensive to do they price by weight so bring in alot of parts. I rezinc all my ...

My Ca95

Im new here so thought I would go on about my CA95 a bit. 1961 with about 1000 miles on it. Yeah I got lucky. Has the tire pump, original yellow plate and runs great. Only thing wrong is the seat needs recovering. I cant find a seat cover in the early style..that is, with the rounded front. Might ...
