I went to set my point gap and it was already on spot, I went ahead and cleaned up the contact though while I was down there.

I have tried several times to get her started by:
removing the spark plugs and spraying starter fluid into the cylinders (My plugs are not fouled, and they get spark)

I was using the choke and the plugs were wet.
Both of the plugs were brand new too.... :(

ok guys, i am once again stumped...
I rigged up a gas can with a line to the carb( since I am still waiting on this petcock piece to be fabricated.)
I tried to start the bike and it would not start up.
I did get it to run for a second or two on its own multiple times, but that was 1 or 2 out of 50 ...

ok, I have a red wire and a blue wire and a green wire. I know the green wire is ground.
I'm sure it is the stock wiring.
I will keep you updated on the project!

when wiring the adapter, where would I run the three wires?
I currently have(original setup) two wires going to the bulb, and a ground coming off of that that goes straight to the metal enclosure.

I dont really have the time to fix it too. I may sell some of my music gear to get it, but I honestly have too much going on right now anyways. I could always store it at ddad's house though... hmm...

Using every trick in the book, i think i finally got the tank clean with muratic acid. I put some motor oil in there after I drained the acid out to keep it from flash rusting again. Im going to fill the holes, put in a new petcock, and keep my fingers crossed that she runs after that.
