Pic of what I need is circled in the pic below.

Neither my bike or my parts bike have this part.

What is it called and where can I find one?

Ooooo those are rare and very hard to find. Honda never made those available in their parts catalog. It just so happens I have one I could sell you! :D haha and I'm sure everyone else here probably has a spare one laying around too. :P

I don't have a spare, but the parts book lists that rectangular rubber filler piece as a "Cover, clutch", part # 11655-202-000.

I'd imagine that piece is important to keep road debris out though, right?

According to the service manual update the window was intended to provide easy access to the clutch cable to make it easier to remove & install. The rubber cover, or something suitable, probably should be in place to keep dirt & debris out. I Googled the part number and came up with this site: http://www.hondarestoration.com/nosResults.asp?models=CA95,CA95-Benley+Tourer-1959 . They seem to be in stock.
