Hello to you all, especially Smithers whose technique helped me find a way to remove rust-seized pistons from a 1964 CA95 last ridden in 1974. Since that time, it sat in a farmers field without spark-plugs. I have looked for a service manual (not a parts manual) without luck.
Does anyone know where I can find one, or a copy? Would a 'Honda common service manual' be of any use?
I have just retired and needed a 'hobby' to keep me busy and I am 'cutting my teeth' on a CA95 motorcycle project.
If anyone is interested, you could look at my first ever restoration project at

It's the only one in North America!

Does anyone still have this pdf shop manual? I've looked everywhere on the internets, but all I've found are fourteen copies of the parts manual.

I'll leave this file up for the weekend. I don't really want a phone call from the Copyright police. But this zip should have the parts manual, service manual, and the driver's manual. All OCR'd and put into chapters with bookmarks.

Try this link.
I just don't like to leave the file up "forever". Don't want the copyright police knocking on my door.
Password to the zip remains the same.

Yes, the 67 is more comprehensive than the other one.
Has anyone ever come across the leg shield found in section F-35?
