WTB: CA160 Factory Shop Manual

I'm in need of the Factory Shop Manual for the CA160 or at least a .pdf of it.

Welcome to the group Marc. You'll find this a great place to find information and commiserate regarding your early Honda.
The CA95 manual is what you need, which really covers all of your frame and systems. Regarding anything engine related, because of the transition of the 150cc to the 160cc the engine, parts of the CA95 manual don't apply. I use the Clymer M321 manual for engine reference. Even then some, specific references in virtually all manuals, are incorrect, so you you still have to be careful.
